FAQs About How it Works
* All you need to do is record the material to be transcribed and send it to us for transcription. The material can be recorded with standard audio recording, video recording or digital voice recording. If it is on your website, we can download it from there.
* Let us know your specifications, along with your web address and the title of the sermon you want transcribed.
* If you want to send us an audio recording, you can attach it to your email or mail it to us on a CD or DVD.
* If you need any help with sending your audio messages, please contact us at any time.
* It takes a transcriptionist an average of approximately 6 to 8 hours to transcribe, format and proofread a one hour sermon. depending on the quality of the tape, CD or DVD.
* A standard transcrition package includes a Word document with single spacing, numbered pages and standard formatting.
* Messages can also be transcribed into PowerPoint documents, depending on your specifications.
* Audio tapes should be mailed to the address located in the "Contact Us"option.
Fees
Our fees are comparatively much cheaper than most transcription companies. We're are currently running some specials, so call us to find out more about our current prices.
The delivery time for a one hour sermon is 72 hours (3 days), however they can be expedited for a small additional fee.
Orders over 3 hours are always welcome. However the delivery time will be longer, based on the size of the order. The delivery time for a 3 hour sermon is 5 days. Fees for expedited/express services are negotiable. Returning clients will receive a discount.
