Founder's Biography

Minister O.T. Laryea - The Minstrel

Originally from Ghana, OT began her singing ministry at a very early age.  She sang her first solo at the age of 8 in church in Bloomington Indiana, and after the positive reaction of many who were in the audience, including the anointed worship leader Paul Wilbur of Integrity Worship fame, her parents realized their daughter had a gift. They encouraged her in her newfound love of music and she has never stopped praising and lifting up her Savior since then. Since her first solo, the Lord has trained her in her calling and prepared her for such a time as this. Through the rough years in high school and overcoming depression and self esteem issues, the Lord drew her closer to Him and gave her comfort and an outlet through her music.

From the moment she takes the stage, she is in full command of her audience. If you ask her what type of a minstrel she is, OT would tell you she’s a worshiper. She has served as a praise and worship leader at various church functions, as well as a front-line worshiper in Benny-Hinn's crusade and Morris Cerullo's School of Ministry. She has also served as a choir director and has loved facilitating various music ministries. She loves to inspire and encourage people with motivational spirit-filled songs, but what she loves most is leading people to the throne room of the Most High. OT has ministered in various churches and conferences at home and abroad; and mentored quite a number of people in the music ministry. She has helped  friends and groups with their music recording ventures and has loved every bit of it. She is currently working on her first CD album, which will be released in 2010.

Throughout her school days and career life, the Lord always reminded her that the only way she would find true fulfilment was if she followed her calling as a minstrel and a minister of the gospel. Many prophecies have come forth regarding what the Lord will use her music to do in His kingdom. And now, after many hours of praying to God, conversing with herself, family and friends, she’s accepted the call to share her gift of music to the world.  God has given her the mandate to go forth and focus on fulfilling her calling, without constraints or distractions to the glory of His name.

OT wishes to allow God to use her to minister to the spirits of humankind the gospel of Jesus Christ and to express the love that God has for them. She desires fervently that the Lord will use her whole person not to just make music which sounds good to the physical ear, but to deeply minister healing and deliverance to souls under the anointing of the Holy Spirit.

OT is the wife of Jonathan Laryea, and the mother of two beautiful daughters, Amerley and Amorkor. She makes her home in Maumelle AR, and is a trained architect and holds an MBA degree.
